Job Overview:

People Perfect is looking for theRider whois responsible for the timely and safe delivery and collection of documents parcels supplies and other items required for hotel operations. The role requires excellent navigation skills professionalism and a commitment to providing efficient service while maintaining the hotels standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collect cash and cheques from hotel front desk
• Deposit cash and cheques in bank
• Manage petty cash
• Collect invoices from vendors
• Verify invoice accuracy
  Submit invoices for payment
• Deliver and collect documents parcels and supplies as assigned.
• Ensure timely and secure transportation of items to and from designated locations.
• Maintain delivery records and obtain necessary acknowledgments.
• Assist with procurement-related errands and operational support tasks.
• Follow traffic laws and safety regulations at all times.
• Ensure the assigned motorcycle is clean maintained and in good working condition.

Qualifications &Experience:

• Matriculation or Intermediate preferred.
• Valid motorcycle driving license.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Basic communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively.
• Minimum 4 to 6years of experience as a Rider Courier Delivery Rider or in a similar role.
• Experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
• Proven track record of safe driving and timely deliveries.
