Location: Rawalpindi (Onsite)
Night Shift: Monday to Saturday 9:00 PM 6:00 AM
Experience: 34 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with clients to understand and gather complete project requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and maintain professional communication throughout the project.
- Prepare project briefs scopes timelines and all required documentation.
- Assign tasks to developers designers SEO specialists and digital marketing teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage the companys internal project management system.
- Prepare professional proposals quotations reports and business emails.
- Coordinate office operations and provide administrative support when required.
- Review website designs and development work before submitting them to clients.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across all projects.
Requirements
- Identify project risks resolve issues proactively and keep projects running smoothly.
- 34 years of relevant experience (preferably in a digital agency).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong experience in project management and team coordination.
- Good understanding of Website Development UI/UX Design SEO Digital Marketing and Branding.
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience writing professional proposals reports and project documentation.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Good design sense and understanding of modern web standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with onsite teams.
- Technical background in web development or digital marketing.
- Experience dealing directly with international clients.
