Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience managing projects and cross-functional teams with a strong focus on planning execution risk management and timely delivery.

You will work closely with teams including Game Development Art Design QA Product and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and aligned with business objectives.

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through successful delivery.

• Define project scope milestones timelines deliverables and dependencies.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Monitor project progress timelines quality and overall project health.

• Identify and proactively manage project risks blockers and dependencies.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and accountability across teams.

• Facilitate project meetings sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives where required.

• Maintain clear communication between teams stakeholders and management.

• Manage changing priorities while keeping projects aligned with business objectives.

• Escalate critical risks delays and resource-related issues to relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare regular project status reports and updates for management.

• Track project KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

• Improve project management processes workflows and team efficiency.

• Ensure projects remain within agreed scope timelines and quality expectations.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

• 5 years of professional experience in Project Management preferably in mobile gaming game development software or technology companies.

• Proven experience managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.

• Strong understanding of project planning execution tracking and delivery.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving decision-making and risk-management skills.

• Experience using project management tools such as Jira ClickUp Trello Asana or similar platforms.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience managing projects through sprint-based development cycles.

• PMP Scrum Master or other relevant certification is a plus.
