Project Manager eBook Lumino Digital

Our client Lumino Digital is looking for Project Manager eBook in Karachi.

Responsibilities:

• Plan execute and oversee the development and publication of eBooks from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with authors editors graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met.
• Manage and track the projects budget ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Liaise between the editorial and production teams to streamline the e-book publishing process.
• Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
• Manage project deliverables within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Organize and lead project status meetings issue tracking and resolution management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in digital publishing.
• Assist in the marketing and distribution strategy for eBooks collaborating with the marketing team.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in project management preferably in publishing or digital content.
• Familiarity with eBook formats such as EPUB MOBI and PDF.
  
• Experience using project management tools like Microsoft Project Trello or Asana.
• Strong understanding of digital publishing processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site and manage in-person team meetings.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Project Management (PMP Agile etc.) is a plus.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong interpersonal skills and capability to lead diverse teams.
• Ability to deal with high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
