Professional Relations Officer

Job Overview:

People Perfect is hiring a Professional Relations Officer for its client in Peshawar. We are seeking a motivated professional to build relationships with dental professionals promote oral care products support professional engagement activities and contribute to business growth within the assigned territory

• Execute all professional services activities within the assigned territory in accordance with company guidelines and objectives.
• Visit dentists dental clinics hospitals and other healthcare professionals to promote oral care products and strengthen professional relationships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental professionals to increase product recommendations and brand awareness.
• Coordinate between dental professionals and management to ensure the successful execution of professional engagement initiatives.
• Achieve territory-wise targets for product recommendations brand adoption and sales growth.
• Implement field strategies to improve product usage and recommendation behavior among dental professionals.
• Organize and support professional meetings awareness campaigns demonstrations seminars and other promotional activities.
• Coordinate and provide support for BSBF and other assigned professional programs within the territory.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions field visits professional activities and reports in both hard and soft formats.
• Prepare and submit timely activity reports performance updates and territory analytics to management.
• Monitor competitor activities market trends and customer feedback and provide actionable insights to management.
• Represent the organization professionally while ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration (BBA) or a related discipline.
• 24 years of relevant experience in the Pharmaceutical Healthcare or FMCG industry preferably in professional relations medical promotion or field sales.
• Experience in engaging healthcare professionals particularly dentists will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
• Strong reporting documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
