Production Scheduler
Job Summary
HRSI is looking for Production Scheduler for one of its leading client.
Convert net requirements (24M) into monthly production plans and weekly/daily schedules based on demand plan capacity and material availability reviewing capacity and resources monthly.
Create Production Orders on time per SOP in line with the schedule; balance machine/line capacity against requirements to resolve bottlenecks; monitor schedule adherence and adjust for deviations (breakdowns quality holds material shortages).
Ensure inventory optimization against targeted levels with no stock-outs through frequent review of MRP/MPS and ordering parameters while monitoring capacity utilization and resource planning for better plant recoveries.
Coordinate material requirements for production with material schedulers/planners ensure JIT/raw material availability aligns with the schedule and coordinate with Warehouse for inbound/outbound material movement between external suppliers and company warehouses.
Liaise with Dispensing Production QA and Supply Chain to ensure schedule adherence; coordinate with Plant Maintenance on Preventive Maintenance plans and their timely execution; coordinate with Quality on RM/PM/FG releases; and coordinate with the Technical team on validation-related activities.
Manage SAP/APO (or relevant ERP) scheduling transactions and data integrity and update customer/sales orders in the system in a timely manner to correctly reflect the sites supply plan.
Prepare and monitor site KPIs CTP CTV CTR OTIF schedule adherence changeover time and capacity utilization and prepare weekly reports ensuring targets are achieved.
Drive strategic long-term and short-term production planning (per OFM/SRM process) to utilize resources optimally; conduct long-term capacity planning by measuring utilization monthly/yearly; support S&OP with scheduling feasibility input; and ensure Tender Order requirements are supplied per given timelines.
Ensure compliance and risk management: Comply with GMP Quality EHS and FSSC 22000 (V5.1) policies and guidelines per law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines; maintain documentation per GMP requirements; support the food safety team leader on FSSC 22000 implementation; participate in periodic L1 universe audit cycles as per need basis (eg. JDs SOPs index SOPs Signatory list organogram); and flag/escalate risks to the production plan (delays capacity constraints).
Communicate SKU price updates to the commercial team participate in floor/tier performance meetings to resolve day-to-day issues and perform any other responsibility assigned per business requirements.
Frequent review of MRP/MPS ordering parameters to optimize inventory levels and monitor capacity utilization and resource planning for better plant recoveries.
Responsible to ensure supply of Tender Orders Requirement as per given timeline.
Comply and ensure compliance to Environment Health and Safety policies guidelines and requirements as applicable by law and Haleon Corporate Guidelines.
Awareness to FSSC 22000 V5.1
Ensure to support food safety team leader for the FSSC 22000 established implemented and maintained and updated managing and organizing the work.
