INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Project Planner to join our Project Monitoring and Control team. This role is pivotal in overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of complex projects within the Oil & Gas Petrochemical Utilities and Manufacturing industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving effective project planning scheduling and progress monitoring to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. What Youll Lead and Deliver
- Execute the Project Planning function to ensure effective planning across all projects.
- Facilitate MPC & CEM teams in ensuring smooth project execution aligned with timelines.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers (PMs) to ensure efficient planning and execution.
- Participate in Project Handover Meetings to initiate planning activities from project onset.
- Ensure all project schedules are regularly updated and maintained.
- Monitor and track project progress ensuring alignment with defined timelines.
- Maintain accurate resource allocation and ensure resource hours are properly logged in the system.
- Generate and deliver project progress reports to PMs as per client requirements.
- Develop standardized scheduling modules to ensure consistency and completeness in planning.
- Ensure the use of proper reporting templates aligned with project needs.
- Support Portfolio Planners by providing necessary data insights and reports.
Requirements:
To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have:
- 57 years of relevant experience in project planning within industrial or engineering environments.
- BS Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechatronics from a reputable university.
- Strong command of project planning and scheduling methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 Microsoft Project Power BI and Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High level of attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to meet client-driven timelines.
