Performance Testing Senior

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in designing scripting executing collecting metrics of performance testing.
• Proven background in performance testing and NFR gathering managing the complete lifecycle from strategy and planning through execution and performance analysis.
• 3 years of hands-on experience in performance testing is mandatory with strongexpertisein JMeter.(Experience with LoadRunner andNeo Loadwill be considered an added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of databases including understanding of SQL queries data validation and performance-related database concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in performance testing across SaaS PaaS and on-premises environments. Strong exposure to cloud platforms especially Microsoft Azure is highly preferred.(Experiencewith AWSconsidered a valuableadditionalskill)
• Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such asDynatrace AppDynamics Grafanaor Splunk.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong work discipline and effective collaboration with Product Delivery teams architects leadership and other stakeholders.
• Delivertimely high-quality performance engineering services for large and complex technology solutions ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
• Build andmaintainstrong working relationships across cross-functional teams to support successful project delivery.
• Define Performance Testing and Non-Functional Requirements (NFR) testing strategies plans and success criteria.
• Drive the identification and creation of test scenarios test cases and workloads tovalidateperformance scalability reliability and other NFRs.
• Design develop andmaintainperformance test scripts usingApache JMeter.
• Execute performance load stress endurance and scalability testing activities.
• Collectmonitor andanalyzeperformance metrics from application infrastructure and database layers.
• Identifyperformance bottlenecks conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports dashboards and executive summaries highlighting findings risks and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with development architecture DevOps infrastructure and product teams to ensure performanceobjectivesare achieved throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
