Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Organization Transformation Associate (Senior Associate) to support organizational development and business transformation initiatives across the role will partner with cross-functional teams to improve organizational effectiveness enhance employee capabilities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure business team and organizational performance.
Design coordinate and evaluate Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability.
Partner with business leaders to identify process improvement opportunities and implement organizational transformation initiatives.
Build and maintain dashboards scorecards and reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Facilitate performance management processes by tracking metrics identifying trends and recommending improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align transformation initiatives with business goals and strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources Organizational Development Psychology Management or a related field.
24 years of professional experience in Organizational Development Business Operations Human Resources Learning & Development or a related function.
Hands-on experience managing tracking and reporting on KPIs preferably within a startup or high-growth environment.
Practical experience in Learning & Development (L&D) including training coordination capability development or learning program management.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent project management organizational and stakeholder management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights effectively.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a startup or rapidly scaling organization.
Familiarity with organizational development change management or business transformation methodologies.
Experience designing performance management frameworks or KPI scorecards.
Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) HRIS platforms or performance management tools.
Experience using reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or Looker Studio.
Professional certifications in Project Management Organizational Development Learning & Development or Change Management are a plus.
