Job Description

Looking for an experienced Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC) Functional Lead with 10 years of experience in end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations. The role involves leading LMS solution design configuration and deployment including learning items catalogs assignments workflows approvals and content management (SCORM videos etc.). Strong expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud learning lifecycle management stakeholder engagement CRP/SIT/UAT/go-live activities and post-production support is essential. Candidates should possess excellent leadership communication and team mentoring skills with exposure to Talent Management modules
