Job Summary

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our Fulfilment team in Multan and drive efficient day-to-day operations.

What You Will Do:

Monitor daily client shipment requirements and resolve delivery-affecting issues in real time to protect SLA commitments.
Plan daily vehicle-route assignments and coordinate with drivers transporters and internal teams to guarantee vehicle availability and on-time dispatch.
Supervise up to 10 dispatch coordinators/drivers setting daily targets and holding the team accountable for on-time performance.
Track dispatch KPIs (on-time % vehicle utilization turnaround time) flag deviations and roll out fixes.

What Were Looking For:

Bachelors degree from an HEC-recognized institute.
23 years of experience in logistics transportation freight or fulfilment operations.
Strong communication negotiation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
