Job Summary
As an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant at Odolution you will join a professional and growth-oriented environment as part of an Odoo Gold Partner company. This is a remote position offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with clients and internal teams. We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions to deliver effective Odoo solutions.
This role provides hands-on experience in business process analysis requirement gathering Odoo functional configuration and coordination with technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving and communication skills a proactive get it done attitude and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into practical Odoo solutions.
- Understand client business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
- Configure and manage Odoo modules according to business needs.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in Odoo
- Prepare functional/technical documentation when required.
- Analyze existing Odoo features and identify required customizations.
- Bachelor Degree or Higher.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Odoo.
- Strong knowledge of Odoo functional modules and business processes.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Odoo certification.
- Experience with Odoo Studio and automated actions.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with custom Odoo module development.
