Odoo Functional Executive

We are hiring a remote/hybrid Odoo 19.0 Enterprise Functional Implementer to lead the configuration and deployment of our ERP this role you will bridge the gap between our business needs and native Odoo capabilities leveraging v19s new native AI frameworks paperless workflows and sustainability modules to maximize efficiency without custom code. Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Implementation: Lead discovery sessions map business processes and fully configure Odoo 19 core apps (CRM Sales Accounting Inventory MRP HR Project).
• V19 Automation & AI: Configure the new central AI module (Gemini/ChatGPT integrations) for automated workflows lead routing and paperless document approvals.
• New Module Deployment: Set up newly released Odoo 19 applications specifically the ESG Carbon Analytics and Equity modules.
• Odoo Studio Customization: Utilize Odoo Studio to create tailored user interfaces automated server actions and custom fields while avoiding code modifications.
• Migration & Training: Oversee data migration from legacy systems perform Community-to-Enterprise conversions and conduct user-acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on Odoo Enterprise functional implementation experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Odoo 19.0 features and data structures.
• Official Odoo Functional Certification (v18 or v19 highly preferred).
• Deep understanding of core business processes (Lead-to-Cash Procure-to-Pay Supply Chain and Accounting).
• Exceptional communication skills for training non-technical stakeholders.
