Our client is seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurses to provide personalized healthcare support and daily patient care. This role requires experienced nursing professionals who can deliver high-quality medical assistance monitor patient well-being and ensure patient comfort while maintaining the highest standards of care and professionalism.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with wheelchair-bound patients and possess strong clinical knowledge in patient care monitoring and medical support.

• Administer personalized medical care tailored to the patients specific healthcare requirements.
• Manage patient transfers medication administration intermittent catheterization and daily care activities.
• Monitor vital signs and overall health status while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
• Communicate health updates and any changes in patient condition promptly and appropriately.
• Travel with the client as required and provide continuous care and support during travel.
• Assist with daily living activities while ensuring patient comfort dignity and quality of life.
• Perform intermittent catheterization using sterile techniques and established clinical protocols.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety hygiene and infection control practices.
• Provide emotional support and professional nursing care while ensuring patient well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members when required to ensure continuity of care.

• Qualified Nurse with relevant professional credentials.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital experience.
• Experience working with wheelchair-bound patients.
• Previous exposure to ICU or Urology units will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of patient care monitoring and clinical nursing procedures.
• Ability to perform intermittent catheterization safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently as required.
• Strong interpersonal and caregiving skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Compassionate patient-focused and detail-oriented approach to care delivery.
