The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and replenishing minibar stock in guest rooms ensuring accurate inventory records and providing a high standard of service. The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for maintaining and replenishing minibar stock in guest rooms ensuring accurate inventory records and providing a high standard of service. JobResponsibilities:
- Replenish minibar items in guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Monitor and maintain minibar inventory levels.
- Record consumed items accurately and report charges to the relevant department.
- Ensure minibar products are properly displayed and within expiry dates.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of minibar areas and equipment.
- Report inventory discrepancies damages or maintenance issues.
Qualification &Experience:
- Intermediate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hospitality and customer service practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow procedures.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mini Bar Attendant or in a similar hospitality role.
- Experience in inventory management and stock control is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel minibar operations and guest service standards.
