We are looking for a collaborative and well-rounded Full-Stack Software Developer who can take ownership of features from concept to deployment while contributing to the continuous improvement of our engineering practices.

As a Mid-Senior Software Developer you will work across a modern technology stack contribute to architectural decisions and help deliver scalable reliable and user-focused products.

• Design build and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using and TypeScript.
• Develop and enhance frontend applications using and React with a strong focus on user experience and performance.
• Design and manage data models across MongoDB and PostgreSQL environments.
• Implement and optimize Elasticsearch solutions for search filtering and analytics capabilities.
• Build event-driven systems and asynchronous workflows using Kafka.
• Develop containerized applications and contribute to CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Participate actively in code reviews sprint planning technical discussions and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Design and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Mentor junior developers through knowledge sharing code reviews and technical guidance.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and contribute to engineering best practices.

• 47 years of hands-on software development experience in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and including RESTful API development and asynchronous programming.
• Practical experience with at least one modern frontend framework preferably (React experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of relational and document-based databases including query optimization and database migrations.
• Experience working with Elasticsearch for search filtering and aggregation use cases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies.
• Experience with Docker and containerized application deployment.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle version control testing and CI/CD practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within distributed teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience with Kubernetes or cloud-native deployments (AWS GCP or Azure).
• Experience working in regulated compliance-driven or high-throughput environments such as FinTech RegTech Identity Verification or Cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana Prometheus or Datadog.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a publicly available technical portfolio.
