MANAGER TOTAL REWARDS

Job Scope

  • The role is responsible for leading Total Rewards function by developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies
  • that align with business objectives market competitiveness and corporate governance standards. It oversees job evaluation a nd
  • job architecture salary structures incentive programs annual compensation reviews and market benchmarking to ensure
  • equitable and competitive reward practices. The position also manages HR policies related to compensation and benefits and
  • provides market insights for strategic decision-making and builds organizational capability by delivering training on job evaluation
  • compensation and Total Rewards governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organizations Total Rewards strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives compensation
  • philosophy market competitiveness and corporate governance standards.
  • Design review and administer compensation frameworks including salary structures incentive programs annual salary
  • reviews bonus cycles.
  • Lead job evaluation and job architecture initiatives using the Mercer Job Evaluation methodology ensuring consistency in
  • role design grading organizational structure and governance.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking through reputable market surveys (e.g. Mercer Total Remuneration Survey Korn
  • Ferry and other industry surveys) to support competitive pay practices and executive decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain salary structures pay ranges and offer governance processes to enhance recruitment efficiency and
  • ensure internal equity.
  • Formulate implement and periodically review HR policies related to compensation benefits employee mobility relocation
  • transportation leave wellbeing and other employment governance matters.
  • Lead the planning and execution of annual compensation review processes including merit increases promotions bonus
  • administration and special salary adjustments.
  • Drive effective communication of compensation job grading promotion frameworks and Total Rewards policies to improve
  • transparency and employee understanding.
  • Support HR digital transformation initiatives by aligning job architecture and compensation structures within HRIS platforms
  • including SAP SuccessFactors and related systems.
  • Coordinate participation in external compensation and benefits surveys and analyze market intelligence to inform reward
  • strategies.
  • Develop organizational capability by designing and delivering training on job evaluation compensation principles reward
  • philosophy and governance frameworks.

Education

  • Minimum 16 years of education preferably Master s from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent
  • foreign degree holder institution preferably in Human Resources Organizational Development or relevant field.

Experience

  • Preferably 6 - 7 years of professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization with at least 2 - 5
  • years of related functional experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits and HR Governance or in a similar role at
  • an equivalent position or in one level below position.
  • Requirements
  • Strong understanding of compensation strategy rewards governance and market benchmarking practices
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities including experience presenting to executive leadership and
  • Boards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication facilitation and presentation skills.
  • High level of integrity confidentiality and sound professional judgment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint HR analytics and HRIS applications.
