Job Summary

The Manager People Operations will drive the transformation and governance agenda of the People & Culture function for a 750 engineer workforce. The role owns HR digitization (ERP and employee records) policy compliance employee relations and off boarding while serving as the functions analytics engine producing engagement insights leadership pulse reports and workforce dashboards that inform executive decision-making.

  • Lead HR transformation initiatives including ERP module development testing and rollout (onboarding probation exit and related workflows) in partnership with software team.
  • Own the digitization completeness and audit-readiness of employee personal files ensuring standardised documentation across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Operationalize the HR policy suite; monitor policy compliance across departments and drive corrective actions where gaps are identified.
  • Design administer and analyse employee engagement and pulse surveys; translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Prepare periodic leadership pulse reports and executive-grade summaries on workforce sentiment culture health and engagement trends.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee grievance process with defined timelines confidentiality and documented resolution.
  • Administer disciplinary matters show cause notices inquiries warnings and terminations ensuring procedural fairness and labour law compliance.
  • Own the end-to-end off boarding process: resignations terminations exit interviews clearance coordination and separation documentation.
  • Conduct structured exit interviews and synthesise insights into attrition themes for leadership review.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and trackers for resignations terminations attrition and headcount movement with monthly reporting to leadership.
  • Conduct post-hiring data analysis probation outcomes early attrition and quality-of-hire trends to inform talent acquisition and retention strategy.


Requirements
    Qualifications & Experience
  • Masters degree in HRM Business Administration or a related field; SHRM-CP/CIPD certification preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive HR experience including 3 years managing HR operations employee relations or HR analytics in a 500 headcount organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in HRIS/ERP implementation HR digitization and policy compliance frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of Pakistani labour laws; exposure to ISO/IEC 27001 people controls an advantage.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualisation; ability to produce executive-ready reports and dashboards.
