Join our Finance team as a Management Trainee Officer Finance Operations where youll gain hands-on experience working with accounting systems SaaS platforms revenue reconciliation and commission calculations. We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Management Trainee Officer Finance Operations to support our Finance team in system accounting. The ideal candidate will also assist with commission calculations subscription administration and financial system reconciliations.

• Assist with revenue reconciliation between the SaaS platform and accounting systems (e.g. Xero Stripe GoCardless).
• Support monthly revenue reporting.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for all customer activations and revenue transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and approval workflows.
• Prepare monthly sales commission calculations and validate them as per the approved policy of the organization.

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Information Systems or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills.

• Familiarity with finance systems such as Xero or similar ERP/accounting software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables XLOOKUP SUMIFS basic reporting).
