Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Migration Developer to support migration integration and ITSM-related activities. The role will be responsible for designing and developing migration solutions supporting data movement integrations and ensuring a smooth transition into the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop ServiceNow migration solutions for ITSM and related applications.
Perform data extraction transformation validation and loading into ServiceNow.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub where applicable.
Analyze legacy data structures and map source data to ServiceNow target tables and fields.
Develop migration scripts transform maps import sets business rules and related platform components.
Perform data reconciliation validation troubleshooting and defect resolution during migration cycles.
Work closely with business analysts architects and technical teams to understand migration requirements.
Prepare technical documentation and support SIT UAT deployment and post-go-live activities.
Required Skills
Strong ServiceNow platform and ITSM knowledge.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow data migration and transformation.
Experience with Import Sets Transform Maps Glide scripting and data validation.
Good understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and APIs.
Strong JavaScript knowledge and ServiceNow scripting experience.
Experience with ServiceNow tables CMDB and configuration data is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Relevant ServiceNow development experience with strong hands-on platform knowledge.
Experience working on enterprise ServiceNow implementation or migration projects.
ServiceNow CSA certification is preferred.
