What Youll Do:


  • Keep technology running at its best by diagnosing hardware issues replacing faulty components upgrading devices and using diagnostic tools to quickly resolve technical problems.
  • Take ownership of IT assets by managing inventory tracking stock movements maintaining accurate records and ensuring the right equipment is available when needed.
  • Support a dynamic IT environment by collaborating with technical teams preparing inventory and trend reports traveling to customer sites when required and helping improve overall service operations.


Requirements

What You Need:


  • 24 years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT support role.
  • CompTIA A certification (preferred) or at least 3 years of equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Experience performing warranty hardware repairs for HP Dell and Lenovo devices including parts ordering replacement and returns.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS with the ability to troubleshoot rebuild and deploy systems.
  • Familiarity with macOS iOS and Android device support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office antivirus solutions desktop applications and client-specific software troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve common IT issues independently.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal/written communication skills in English; conversational local language is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work independently collaborate effectively with teams and provide sound technical recommendations.
