JUNIOR SERVICENOW CONSULTANT GRC (x2) REMOTE

Position Title: Junior ServiceNow Consultant GRC

Location: Fully Remote (Pakistani nationals preferred)

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract

Role Overview

Our Client is seeking two Junior ServiceNow Consultants with GRC exposure to support enterprise implementations under an experienced Senior Lead. A strong opportunity for early-career professionals within the banking or financial services space.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior Lead in ServiceNow GRC module implementation and configuration.

Configure ITSM Service Catalogue and GRC modules as required.

Document business requirements and assist in producing BRDs and functional specifications.

Support UAT incident handling and platform troubleshooting.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

Required Experience & Skills

1 to 3 years of ServiceNow administration or implementation experience.

Exposure to ServiceNow GRC (Governance Risk & Compliance) module is required.

Banking or financial services background is an advantage.

ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is preferred.

ITIL V4 Foundation certification is desirable.

Self-managed and reliable in a fully remote environment.

Pakistani nationals preferred; other nationalities welcome.
