Job Summary

Shape Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Backlink Specialist to join our growing SEO team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about SEO and link building and wants to develop their skills in a professional environment.

As a Junior Backlink Specialist you will assist in building high-quality backlinks conducting outreach and supporting off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities

Build high-quality backlinks through ethical (white-hat) link-building techniques.
Conduct outreach to website owners bloggers and publishers for backlink opportunities.
Research relevant websites for guest posting niche edits and link placements.
Monitor backlink profiles and identify new link-building opportunities.
Track and report link-building progress using SEO tools.
Perform competitor backlink analysis to identify potential opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of outreach campaigns and acquired backlinks.
Ensure all backlinks meet quality standards and SEO best practices.
Collaborate with the SEO team to support overall off-page SEO strategies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing IT Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Basic understanding of SEO and off-page optimization.

Familiarity with backlink-building concepts and outreach techniques.

Knowledge of SEO tools such as Ahrefs SEMrush Moz or Google Search Console is a plus.

Good written English communication skills for outreach emails.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
