Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of accounting experience and hands-on expertise with QuickBooks Enterprise. This role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations maintaining accurate financial records assisting with financial reporting and working closely with the Senior Accountant to ensure smooth financial processes.

• Process and maintain Accounts Payable (AP) including vendor invoices and Purchase Orders (POs).
  

• Maintain the general ledger and perform bank and account reconciliation.
  

• Prepare and post journal entries while supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
  

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
  

• Ensure accurate maintenance of financial records and supporting documentation.
  

• Coordinate with vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.
  

• Assist with internal and external audit requirements by providing necessary documentation.
  

• Work closely with the Senior Accountant on daily accounting operations and finance-related tasks.
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting best practices.
  

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  

• 13 years of accounting experience preferably in a B2B environment.
  

• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Enterprise is mandatory.
  

• Good understanding of Accounts Payable general ledger management reconciliation journal entries and financial reporting.
  

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  

• Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
  

• High attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  

• Experience working with international clients or organizations.
  

• Familiarity with accounting controls and financial compliance processes.
