What Youll Do:

• Identify opportunities for product improvement and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Stay ahead of trends analyzing how new products meet market demands and customer preferences.

Collaborate:

• Partner with engineers and product managers to create MVPs while maintaining product excellence.
• Share your work in design reviews and gather feedback from leadership.

Improve:

• Iterate designs based on user feedback (quantitative & qualitative).
• Revise and refine designs to align with evolving customer needs.

Experience:

• 2 years of relevant design experience (portfolio required).
• Strong understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with modern design tools and processes like facilitation research interaction and visual design.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment balancing user needs with business goals.

Skills:

• Ability to write PRDs (requirement docs) if needed.
• Interest in product strategy and vision with a creative problem-solving mindset.
• Leadership qualities with a knack for influence and persuasion.
