We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate will be a customer-focused problem-solver responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure and providing exceptional technical support to our employees. Responsibilities

* Providing first and second-line technical support to all staff for hardware software and network-related issues.
* Installing configuring and maintaining computer hardware operating systems and applications.
* Troubleshooting system and network problems diagnosing and resolving both hardware and software faults.
* Managing user accounts permissions and access rights in line with company policies.
* Assisting with the management of IT assets including inventory tracking and procurement.
* Supporting a range of software including standard office applications and specialised media production tools.
* Creating and maintaining clear and concise documentation for IT processes and user guides.
* Collaborating with the wider technical team on IT projects and system upgrades.
* Ensuring the security and integrity of the companys IT systems and data.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an IT support role or a similar technical position.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
* Excellent understanding of computer networking principles (TCP/IP DNS DHCP).
* Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration.
* Exceptional problem-solving skills and a logical methodical approach.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
* A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a genuine passion for technology.
* Experience supporting software used in the creative or media industry (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud) would be highly advantageous.
* Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CompTIA Microsoft Apple) are desirable but not essential.
