Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated IT Intern to support day-to-day IT operations with a focus on Entrata and other business systems. The role will assist with user access troubleshooting system support device setup and general IT administration.

This is an opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience with potential for a full-time position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Entrata user access basic troubleshooting and system-related requests.
• Support Microsoft 365 email collaboration tools and other business applications.
• Assist with laptop computer software and device setup.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding including account and access management.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware software connectivity and user-access issues.
• Maintain IT equipment user account and system records.
• Document technical issues and escalate complex problems when needed.
• Assist with IT projects system improvements and other technology-related tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Basic understanding of hardware software Windows networking and Microsoft 365.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Organized detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Exposure to Entrata or other property management software is strongly preferred.
• Previous IT projects internship or hands-on technical experience is a plus.
