What youll be doing:
- Possess a passion for growth and excellence particularly in the realm of designing and developing comprehensive technological solutions for the transportation and infrastructure industry with a specific focus on structural elements.
- Lead the data annotations program overseeing multiple teams of data annotators.
- Responsible for Quality Assurance and timely completion of service delivery projects.
- Drive strategic initiative planning including deliverables prioritization and execution.
- Define program objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and take ownership of their execution productivity efficiency and reliability metrics.
- Manage workforce planning and implement effective workforce management strategies.
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams ensuring the capture prioritization and timely delivery of all requirements to support model development and updates.
- Effectively communicate the status of the organization projects and features to executive stakeholders cross-functional partners and beyond.
- Ensure ISO compliance and CMMI processes guidelines observance.
