Job Title: Industrial Engineer ERP & Process Improvement

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Industrial Engineer to lead and optimize business processes across the organization through the effective implementation and management of ERP systems workflow automation and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP platforms preferably Zoho One and related applications and will play a key role in driving operational efficiency data accuracy and process standardization throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

ERP & System Management

• Lead the implementation customization and continuous improvement of the companys ERP system.
  
• Manage and optimize Zoho CRM Zoho Projects Zoho Books and other Zoho applications.
  
• Ensure seamless integration between departments through ERP workflows.
  
• Develop dashboards reports and KPIs for management decision-making.
  
• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  

Process Improvement & Automation

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  
• Design document and implement SOPs workflows and process maps.
  
• Automate repetitive tasks using ERP tools and workflow automation solutions.
  
• Conduct process audits and recommend corrective actions.
  
• Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
  

Data & Performance Management

• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and compliance across systems.
  
• Develop management dashboards for project tracking sales operations and finance.
  

Training & Change Management

• Train employees on ERP usage process compliance and best practices.
  
• Provide ongoing support to users and ensure adoption of new systems and processes.
  
• Lead change management initiatives related to digital transformation.
  

Preferred Skills

• Certification in ERP Lean Six Sigma or Project Management is a plus.
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  
• 37 years of experience in ERP implementation business process improvement or operations management.
  
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems; experience with Zoho is highly preferred.
  
• Experience in workflow automation data analysis and KPI development.
  
• Proficiency in Excel reporting tools and process mapping software.
  
• Strong analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
