Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration and Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations and administration.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance payroll coordination attendance management and employee records management.
  • Experience handling employee relations and day-to-day HR operational activities.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS attendance management systems ERP platforms or similar HR tools.
  • Exposure to roster management and shift-based work environments is preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce customer service or other service-based industries will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with medical billing or healthcare operations environments will be a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication coordination and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including attendance tracking leave management employee records and documentation.
  • Coordinate payroll processing by ensuring accurate attendance leave and employee data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies HR procedures and applicable labor laws.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes including employee documentation orientation and exit formalities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and HR-related support.
  • Maintain and update HR databases personnel files and operational records.
  • Coordinate with department managers and team leads on roster planning shift scheduling and workforce management.
  • Develop track and report team KPIs in collaboration with relevant managers.
  • Assist in performance monitoring and preparation of HR and operational reports.
  • Support workforce planning scheduling and resource allocation activities.
  • Manage general administrative responsibilities including office coordination and vendor or supply management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
