The Role
As an Electrical Engineer with Worley you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc.
We are Hiring Electrical Engineers across multiple levelsto support projects in the Onshore upstream and downstream (Oil and Gas Petrochemical) experience is required.
- These roles are based inHyderabad with opportunities aligned to experience technical capability and project requirements.
- This recruitment is part of aninviteonly hiring drivescheduled forSaturday 4th Jul 2026 at our Hyderabad office. Interviews will be conductedonly for prescreened candidates who receive a formal invitationfrom our Talent Acquisition team.
- Roles will be offered at Engineer or Senior Engineer depending on experience and skills.
Compensation and grades will be aligned accordingly. Opportunities may be offered as permanent or fixedterm contract positions.
- Able to work on HV MV and LV Electrical engineering scope in Oil & Gas offshoreGreenfield and Brownfield projects with minimum guidance from Lead Engineer.
- Experience in generating Single Line Diagrams Metering & Protection Diagrams DesignBasis Specifications Data sheets Electrical Load List Sizing Calculation of all Electrical
Equipment. - Experience in Electrical calculations viz. equipment sizing cable sizing lighting calculations.
- Procurement Support by developing Material Requisitions Specifications Data sheetsTechnical bid evaluation Vendor drawing reviews etc.
- Power System Studies using ETAP/ SPEL would be desirable.
- Experience in HVDC Solar or Offshore Wind will be an added advantage.
- Must have working experience with IEC NEC IEEE Electrical standards as minimum.
- Must having Offshore projects working experience with Clients viz. ADNOC NOC Qatar EnergyQatarGas Saudi Aramco.
- Check compliance with QA / safety/ environment goals.
- Quality Assurance Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the Project.
- Safety Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project. Understandand follow OH&S procedures.
- Liaison with other engineering disciplines on technical issues and provide solutions.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- Minimum / in E.E.E from reputed Universities.
- Mobilization start timelines:Should be able to start working in Worley Hyd office within 1 month to 3 months.
