• Design engaging and user-friendly digital interfaces that enhance the customer experience.
• Create visually compelling graphics aligned with Siemens brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with product managers developers and marketing teams to ensure design consistency and effectiveness.
• Apply research and user feedback to continuously improve design solutions.

• Develop wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Design graphics icons and visual assets that support marketing campaigns and product branding.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Maintain and evolve Siemens design system and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends tools and best practices in graphic and UX design.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience in graphic and UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user interface design visual storytelling and branding.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Figma Sketch or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams is a plus.
