Full-Stack Software + JavaScript

CONVO is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-paced team where youll build and harden features on an enterprise trade promotion and sales planning platform. Youll work JavaScript and SQL Server own cross-layer bugs end to end keep customer extensions aligned with the core product and support feature-flagged delivery via Azure DevOps. Growing exposure to AI-assisted mass-operation tooling is a plus.

• Deliver promotion and planning features (UI services SQL/config)
• Debug multi-tier regressions (grids formulas copy flows document lock/state)
• Maintain customer customizations; migrate custom behavior into standard product where possible
• Improve SQL/list performance and own safe schema/config changes
• Write tests; fix CI/pipeline and branch-alignment failures
• Review PRs write clear RCAs collaborate with product/QA on flagged releases

• Strong C# /.NET and JavaScript (complex enterprise UI)
• Solid SQL Server (views plans migrations slow-query debugging)
• Multi-tier debugging across UI APIs and database
• Git Azure DevOps (work items PRs pipelines)
• Unit/integration testing discipline

• TPM / CPG / retail planning domain experience
• Feature flags multi-branch release processes
• React/TypeScript Azure gRPC
• Interest in AI agents / tool orchestration

• Clear written RCA cross-stack ownership pragmatic fix-vs-standardize judgment calm under production pressure
