Job Title: Freight Pricing Associate(Night Shift)

Location: FB area Karachi (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM Monday to Friday) and every last Saturday of each month

Experience: 1-2 years (Freight industry experience required)

Budget: under 150k (depends on your skills and qualification) NO other benefits

Key Focus :Rate negotiation carrier relationship management margin analysis and competitive market pricing to drive business growth and profitability.

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Pricing to join their growing logistics team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry and a strong understanding of rate management cost analysis and client quotation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain competitive freight pricing based on carrier rates and market trends.

- Coordinate with carriers agents and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely quotations.

- Analyse shipment costs and identify pricing efficiencies.

- Maintain pricing databases and support client proposals.

- Communicate effectively with overseas partners and ensure high-quality service standards.

- Contribute to business development by identifying new sales opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services to existing clients.

Requirements

- Masters degree in Finance Business or related field.

-3 years of proven experience in a freight forwarding or logistics company (mandatory).

- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with freight pricing tools or systems.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night-shift environment
