Job Summary
XAD Group of Companies is seeking a skilled and motivated Frappe / ERPNext Developer to develop customize maintain and optimize ERPNext applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework ERPNext modules and payroll-related workflows along with strong programming debugging and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customize and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
- Configure manage and optimize ERPNext modules according to business requirements.
- Customize payroll HR and employee management workflows.
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards system scripts and customized functionalities.
- Create and manage DocTypes custom fields client scripts server scripts and workflows.
- Identify and resolve technical issues bugs and system performance problems.
- Provide ongoing technical support troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand requirements and implement effective ERP solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy system reliability and smooth integration of customized features.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext development.
- Practical experience with the ERPNext Payroll module and HR-related workflows.
- Good knowledge of Python JavaScript HTML CSS and SQL.
- Experience in developing and customizing DocTypes custom fields scripts and workflows.
- Understanding of ERPNext configuration reporting dashboards and system customization.
- Strong debugging analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience implementing and maintaining ERPNext solutions in a business environment.
- Familiarity with HR operations payroll processing and employee management systems.
