Finance Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree (BS) in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in finance accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping accounting principles invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Experience managing payroll tax compliance budgeting and cash flow.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial reports and present financial information clearly to the founders.
• Strong analytical organisational and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks independently.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the companys day-to-day finance function including bookkeeping accounting and financial record maintenance.
• Oversee invoicing accounts receivable and payment follow-ups to ensure timely collections.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
• Ensure tax compliance and maintain accurate tax records in line with applicable regulations.
• Prepare and monitor budgets cash flow forecasts and financial plans.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and provide regular updates to the founders on the companys financial performance.
• Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records to support business decisions.
