EU Public Tenders & Bid Coordinator

Location: Pakistan (Fully Remote)

Sperton is looking for a Public Tenders & Bid Coordinator to identify and coordinate public-sector tender opportunities across Europe.

Youll manage the process from opportunity research to bid submission working with management country teams and international stakeholders.

Key areas include recruitment staffing executive search interim management EOR/global mobility and HR services.

• Monitor European procurement portals and identify relevant tender opportunities.

• Review requirements eligibility deadlines and commercial potential and support bid/no-bid decisions.

• Coordinate bid preparation including proposals documentation and pricing.

• Manage submissions clarifications deadlines and tender documentation.

• Track results and use AI and digital tools to improve research analysis and future bids.

• Experience in tenders/bids proposal writing research business writing or project coordination.

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong business writing skills.

• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and international stakeholders.

• Experience with EU public procurement or portals such as TED Mercell or EU-Supply is a plus but not required.
