eCommerce Process Lead
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Process Lead to drive continuous improvement across our eCommerce landscape. Overseeing multiple Scrum teamsincluding pricing product content webshops sales channels dropshipping B2B order management customer service and marketingyou will identify inefficiencies optimize workflows and ensure processes align with business objectives and regulations. The ideal candidate is data-driven handson and committed to enhancing operational efficiency customer experience and overall performance.
You will:
- Change Management: Act as a Change Manager driving adoption of process improvements through documentation training and removing roadblocks.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline eCommerce workflows to reduce bottlenecks enhance automation and improve efficiency.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues propose sustainable solutions and align processes with business growth and scalability.
- Portfolio & Governance: Assess the impact of new initiatives define OpenAPI specifications and establish standardized frameworks with proper governance.
- Automation & Collaboration: Partner with technology teams to leverage AI and automation while collaborating across domains to ensure smooth execution of eCommerce initiatives.
You have:
- Process Improvement Expertise: 5 years of experience in business process management (BPM) or similar roles within eCommerce or digital environments.
- Methodologies & Tools: Proficiency in process mapping methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma with familiarity in automation tools.
- Change Management: Proven ability to drive process improvements from strategy through execution ensuring adoption and sustainability.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong datadriven mindset excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to anticipate challenges.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership stakeholder management and communication skills to work effectively with global multicultural teams.
- Agile & Technical Understanding: Experience in Agile environments with a basic grasp of digital platforms system architectures and integrations to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
