Director National & Multinational Key Accounts
The Director leads the strategic commercial direction for the organizations portfolio of National Key Accounts and Global Multinational Customers (GMNC). The role is responsible for the development retention growth and profitability of the companys most strategically important customers ensuring sustainable long-term partnerships with key decision-makers across major organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute account growth plans; identify high-potential sectors
Key Account Management: Own customer performance retention and senior-level relationships
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue and profitability; identify new business opportunities
Customer Retention: Build C-suite relationships; proactively manage churn risks
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Ops Finance Pricing and IT to deliver solutions
Team Management: Lead mentor and manage Key Account Managers
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics Supply Chain Logistics or a related discipline.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate business qualification preferred.
Experience
Preferably: 1015 years of progressive commercial sales or Key Account Management experience with substantial experience managing large corporate multinational or strategic customers.
Minimum: 57 years of people leadership experience preferably leading Key Account Management National Sales Corporate Sales or Strategic Account teams.
