Director Marketing

Oxiliry is looking for an experienced and results-driven Director Marketing to lead the overall B2B marketing strategy and growth initiatives for Rebiz. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in demand generation performance marketing customer acquisition marketing automation and revenue-driven marketing strategies.

This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns generate qualified sales pipelines strengthen brand positioning and lead a high-performing marketing team.

• Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business growth and revenue objectives.
  

• Lead demand generation initiatives to drive Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
  

• Plan execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads Google Ads email marketing outbound campaigns and digital platforms.
  

• Oversee HubSpot CRM marketing automation lead scoring segmentation nurturing workflows and reporting.
  

• Manage marketing budgets campaign performance customer acquisition costs ROI and conversion rates.
  

• Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting enterprise and mid-market customers.
  

• Strengthen brand positioning content marketing SEO website performance and digital presence.
  

• Collaborate with sales product and leadership teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
  

• Identify new market opportunities customer segments strategic partnerships and acquisition channels.
  

• Establish marketing KPIs performance dashboards and weekly and monthly reporting frameworks.
  

• Lead mentor and develop the marketing team while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  

• 710 years of experience in B2B marketing growth marketing demand generation or performance marketing including leadership experience.
  

• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and measurable revenue growth.
  

• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads Google Ads outbound marketing and cold email campaigns.
  

• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM marketing automation lead management segmentation and reporting.
  

• Experience managing marketing budgets multiple campaigns and cross-functional teams.
  

• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels customer acquisition marketing analytics and performance optimization.
  

• Excellent leadership communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  

• Experience in B2B SaaS technology or retail technology industries.
  

• Experience targeting enterprise and mid-market customers.
  

• Knowledge of account-based marketing SEO marketing attribution and revenue operations.
  

• Familiarity with Apollo ZoomInfo Clay or similar prospecting and enrichment tools.
  

• Experience developing partner marketing programs and scaling marketing functions.
