Developer – FinTech

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience application development.
• Strong expertise in C# .NET Core/.NET 8 Core and Web APIs.
• Experience designing scalable secure and high-availability backend systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture dependency injection and asynchronous programming.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
• Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
• Strong understanding of application security authentication (OAuth JWT) encryption and secure coding practices.
• Experience working on FinTech digital banking payment processing financial platforms or regulated environments is highly preferred.
• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ Kafka or Azure Service Bus is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain secure scalable and high-performance backend solutions technologies.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services that support financial applications.
• Collaborate with frontend developers mobile developers QA engineers and product teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
• Design database structures and optimize queries to improve system performance.
• Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial and customer data.
• Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Participate in system architecture discussions and recommend technical improvements.
• Review code mentor development team members and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Develop automated tests and support CI/CD processes to maintain software quality.
• Monitor application performance and continuously improve system scalability reliability and maintainability.
