Job Summary
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience application development.
- Strong expertise in C# .NET Core/.NET 8 Core and Web APIs.
- Experience designing scalable secure and high-availability backend systems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture dependency injection and asynchronous programming.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
- Familiarity with Docker Kubernetes CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
- Strong understanding of application security authentication (OAuth JWT) encryption and secure coding practices.
- Experience working on FinTech digital banking payment processing financial platforms or regulated environments is highly preferred.
- Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ Kafka or Azure Service Bus is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain secure scalable and high-performance backend solutions technologies.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services that support financial applications.
- Collaborate with frontend developers mobile developers QA engineers and product teams to deliver reliable software solutions.
- Design database structures and optimize queries to improve system performance.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive financial and customer data.
- Troubleshoot production issues perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and recommend technical improvements.
- Review code mentor development team members and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Develop automated tests and support CI/CD processes to maintain software quality.
- Monitor application performance and continuously improve system scalability reliability and maintainability.
