Job Summary
The Dean of Business is responsible for providing strategic and academic leadership for the College of Business overseeing academic programs faculty performance accreditation research and student success. The role ensures the quality and continuous development of business programs in alignment with the Universitys strategic objectives and international academic standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the College of Business and its academic programs.
Develop and implement academic strategies and plans.
Oversee faculty recruitment performance development and workload.
Ensure compliance with accreditation and quality assurance requirements.
Promote research innovation and industry partnerships.
Enhance student experience academic quality and graduate employability.
Manage the Colleges budget and resources effectively.
Represent the College in internal and external academic and professional engagements.
