Data Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and operational excellence. The role involves creating reports dashboards and insights that drive actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect clean and analyze data from multiple sources
• Develop reports dashboards and visualizations to present key metrics
• Identify trends patterns and anomalies to support business decisions
• Work closely with operations sales finance and PMO teams to understand data needs
• Prepare MIS reports KPI tracking and ad-hoc analysis
• Support process improvement and optimization initiatives using data insights
• Ensure accuracy consistency and integrity of data
• Document analysis methodology and maintain organized datasets

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau Power BI preferred)
• Basic knowledge of SQL Python or R is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets
• Good communication skills to present insights effectively
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualifications

• Graduate in Statistics Mathematics Economics Computer Science or related field
• 13 years of experience in data analysis reporting or business analytics
• Experience in BPO services or operations analytics is a plus
