Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email or in person. - Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently. - Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. - Process orders forms applications and requests. - Follow up to ensure resolution of customer issues. - Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents. - Collaborate with team members and departments to improve customer experience. - Maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Requirements: - Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively. - Ability to work in-person full-time during business hours.
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. - 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role. - Proficient in English; additional languages will be an advantage. - Comfortable using computers and familiar with using office software.
