Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong expertise in GRC/IRM to support risk compliance audit and regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements related to Governance Risk and Compliance processes.
Work with stakeholders to understand risk compliance audit policy and control requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.
Support implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.
Understand processes related to Policy and Compliance Management Risk Management Audit Management and Controls.
Conduct stakeholder workshops and document current and future-state processes.
Collaborate with architects developers and functional teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
Support UAT planning test execution defect management and business sign-off.
Required Skills
810 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM.
Good understanding of Risk Compliance Policy Audit and Controls Management.
Experience in requirements gathering stakeholder workshops process mapping and documentation.
Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
