About Shape Solutions Shape Solutions (Private) Limited is a digital agency based in Islamabad serving UK clients across web development SEO and marketing automation CRM and AI tooling.
Role Summary We are hiring a Case Worker to support our flagship UK client Axis Solicitors a UK law firm specializing in immigration and family law. You will handle the day-to-day casework behind their client files collecting documents preparing applications and keeping clients updated so that every case keeps moving and the legal team can focus on legal work. This role is open to female candidates only.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of client case files across the firms service areas from onboarding to completion
- Collect verify and organize client documents; chase missing items and keep document checklists complete
- Prepare and fill legal application forms and compile supporting document bundles for the legal teams review
- Run structured client follow-ups via calls WhatsApp and email document requests status updates and appointment reminders
- Keep the case management system / CRM fully updated notes stages deadlines and outcomes for every case
- Track case deadlines and flag urgent or at-risk cases to the legal team early
- Handle every conversation with empathy and strict confidentiality many clients are dealing with sensitive legal matters
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Fluent spoken and written English you will communicate with UK-based clients and the legal team daily
- 13 years of experience in casework documentation paralegal/back-office support or a client-facing coordination role (UK law firm or casework experience is a strong plus)
- Extremely detail-oriented accuracy in forms documents and records is critical
- Organized and deadline-driven; able to manage multiple cases at once
- Comfortable working a UK-aligned shift
- Familiarity with CRMs or case management systems is a plus
Nice to Have
- Background or education in law (e.g. LLB)
- Prior exposure to UK legal processes (e.g. visa applications family law matters)
- Experience working with UK-based clients or law firms
