This is a Full-Time position offering a competitive salary of 22500 - 30500 per annum.

Responsibilities
Professionally handle all inbound and outbound client communications including calls and emails.
Serve as the first point of contact for enquiries providing accurate and helpful information about our services.
Schedule appointments and consultations for our advisory teams managing calendars effectively.
Identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships of trust.
Meticulously maintain and update client records within our CRM system ensuring data integrity.
Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently or escalate complex problems to the appropriate senior team member.
Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a call centre client services or customer-facing role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
Strong active listening problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
The ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
Experience within a professional services or B2B environment is desirable but not essential.
