We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Operations Manager to lead and scale our business development function. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational revenue goals
Identify new market opportunities partnerships and revenue streams to expand the companys footprint
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from prospecting through to close
Conduct competitive market analysis and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives
Collaborate with senior leadership to set quarterly and annual business development targets

Operations & Process Management
Design implement and continuously improve end-to-end business development workflows and SOPs
Oversee CRM management pipeline hygiene and reporting to ensure data accuracy and visibility
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics presenting regular reports to leadership with actionable recommendations
Streamline handoff processes between business development sales and account management teams
Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) ensuring alignment with company goals

AI & Technology Integration
Identify evaluate and implement AI-powered business development tools to enhance prospecting outreach and lead qualification
Leverage AI tools for lead generation personalized outreach automation sentiment analysis and predictive forecasting
Stay ahead of emerging AI and sales technology trends and proactively recommend tools that improve efficiency and conversion rates
Train and upskill team members on AI tools and technology platforms to ensure maximum adoption and ROI
Integrate AI-driven insights into decision-making processes across the business development lifecycle

Partnerships & Client Engagement
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders vendors and clients
Lead high-value client meetings discovery calls and presentations
Develop tailored value propositions and pitches for target verticals and industries
Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking forums

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in business development sales operations or a related role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment
Hands-on experience with AI business development tools such as: Outreach HubSpot AI Salesforce Einstein ChatGPT for sales workflows Gong Lavender Clay or similar platforms
Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot Salesforce GoHighLevel or equivalent)
Demonstrated experience building and scaling business development teams and processes from the ground up
