Business Development Associate

We help companies from startups to corporations build their products from scratch on cutting-edge technologies. We are working on DTC as well as B2B products that are used by Amazon Uber Microsoft PepsiCo NBC IETF ISO Harvard University and many others. • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms to secure new clients.
• Draft and send cold email campaigns to generate new leads this is a core high-priority part of the role.
• Draft proposals for various projects including software development UI/UX branding design and marketing among others.
• Handle client calls presentations and negotiations.
• Provide project quotations to prospective clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
• Facilitate communication between the technical team clients and senior management.
• Identify market trends gaps and niche opportunities.
• Generate and track leads through CRM tools or spreadsheets.

• 01 years of experience fresh graduates and early-career candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal with strong interpersonal ability.
• Confident in speaking with clients presenting ideas and building rapport.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to craft persuasive well-tailored proposals.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of the sales process and client management is a plus.
• Exposure to B2B lead generation Upwork bidding or LinkedIn outreach is a plus though not required.
• Call center experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work 3 PM 2 AM in an on-site setup is required for this role.
• Experience using AI-powered workflows (Claude ChatGPT Grok etc.) to speed up proposal writing cold email drafting or market research is a strong plus.

This is a 5-day on-site role in Lahore (3 PM 2 AM) with a little flexibility to work remotely during late hours.
