You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets expenses ordering supplies answering calls and emails.

How you will contribute

You will:

• Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationships withthose you support
• Perform duties as needed related to budget expenses and purchasing processes
• Answer calls and emails responding to queries and requests appropriately
• Manage archiving and filing in line with statutory requirements and company policy
• Complete and update reports and maintain systems and data
• Undertake additional projects and tasks as requested
• Coordinate all logistics for travel events meetings training etc. where required

Key Responsibilities:

& Project Support

• Assist in planning execution of key projects initiated by the MD.
• Track progress of critical projects and highlight risks/opportunities
• Conduct research on industry trends competitors and market dynamics

2. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze business data (sales financials operations market trends)
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
• Develop dashboards and reports for decision-making
• Create high-quality visually compelling PowerPoint presentations
• Convert data into structured business narratives
• Support MD in board meetings and strategic discussions

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to interpret and synthesize data
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint: (Pivot tables dashboards storytelling)
• Business Acumen: Understanding of financials KPIs and operations
• Communication Skills: Clear concise and structured communication
• Digital Savvy: Familiarity with tools like Power BI Tableau or similar
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reports and presentations
• Confidentiality & Professionalism: Ability to handle sensitive information
• Proactiveness: Anticipates needs and takes initiative

Education / Certifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Economics Finance or related field
• 25 years experience in analytics consulting or executive support roles
• Experience in FMCG / corporate environment is a plus
